First I would like to say that I believe that Black History month is a great tradition and the contribution of Black Americans is too often overlooked. Further, it is not honestly addressed – (I believe because of white guilt). Therefore, it is a good time to reflect on our common past and learn what we can from it. Regardless of how things change in the future, it will always provide many valuable lessons.
You address the issue of Black American’s not getting their fair share of the pie. I don’t think that anyone can argue with that. Given the history of this country, Black Americans were not equal under the law until the 1960s. This is truly an unfair history. However, history cannot be changed, only the future.
In this day and age, education is the great equalizer. The future of Black America rests with the education of the youth. Secondly, all Americans must fight back the liberal agenda, to ensure that everyone has a bright future. You mention the concept of capital related to economics. The true capital in this country is held by a very select few. They will always find ways to conceal and protect their wealth. Exorbitant taxation only penalizes the up and coming (the group to which Black Americans will continue to join). This will serve as a barrier to Black American obtaining its fair share. Unfortunately, the corrupt, self serving politicians have bankrupted this country to the point that exorbitant taxation is only a matter of time. I truly root for Black American and wish it only success and prosperity as I do for all Americans.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05640546499584328796noreply@blogger.com
